My friend Elsa and I booked a tour of the Academia. Accord made it very easy with no stress, in scheduling us. It was also very fast.

My favorite part of the tour was seeing Michaelangelo's David. Such an experience each time I've seen it

This guided tour is a must , you learn some interesting facts about the tormented life of the Tuscan artist, who was not only a sculptor, but also a painter, an architect. At the end of the guided tour you will have the possibility to stay in the museum for as long as you like.

We are very disappointed in seeing that you were not satisfied and gave us 1 star, especially on a tour that was taken from one of our best guide. Giulio, our guide always gets 5 stars and we are really very surprised about your review. We had lots of customers on this tour and none left such a bad review, plus with no explanation. We really would like to investigate on what happened and why you left unhappy. Please if possible contact us in private to clear what matter you had and why you didn't get in touch earlier so that we could possible help on the day.

Museum is nice but ACCORD not good choice

The guided tour was very good and well explained. What was a fraud is that the Tour Operator Accord sold me the tickets and told me I will skip the line and the day I was going turns out is a Free Entrance Day and we had to do the line. Then they offer me a "free tour" any other day to other sights but I was leaving the next day. It is a fraud to sell something that is free and then try to compensate it to other tour without asking in advance my trip plans.
I would not recomend ACCORD because they literrally stole from the tickets price.

Sorry to see that even you liked our tour and enjoyed it with our guide you rated us 2 stars. We strongly believe that is not a fraud to not cancel a scheduled guided tour that operates every days and provide a free ticket for the Duomo or a free tour option in compensation to the gratuity of the museum on special dates. We don't know plans of customers, however we are always flexible to find a good option to accommodate them. The tour service is always provided at a high standard and even we cannot have the skip the line on these days we always do our best to cut the waiting time as much as possible with our assistants at the check-in of the tour taking the space in the line facilitating the entrance for the group. Moreover if any client is not happy to take part of the tour because of the free entrance we are more than happy to refund the amount paid. We had lots of customers booked on this tour and not received any other refund request, most likely because they are still satisfied of the service received.
